Functioning Doesn’t Mean Fine
There’s this kind of overwhelm that doesn’t look dramatic from the outside. You’re functioning, showing up, caring for people, building things, keeping life moving.
But internally there’s just so much noise.
Questions looping, decisions you keep postponing, energy stretched thin between who you are, who you’re becoming and all the things being asked of you along the way.
I’ve been noticing how many conversations I’m witnessing with women lately that are circling back to this space. This place where ambition, motherhood, emotional capacity, and identity all intersect in ways that don’t have obvious answers.
And honestly, I live here too.
What I’m realizing though is that often times the most helpful thing isn’t advice or productivity systems or even solutions. Sometimes what we truly need is just *space*. Space to think out loud. Space to be witnessed without having to pretend. Space where our emotional truth and our need for practical direction can both be held at the same time.
So I’m trying something.
I’m opening up a couple spaces this month for these kind of reflective clarity conversations - grounded, compassionate conversations where both the emotional and practical layers of whatever you’re navigating can exist.
I’m intentionally keeping it simple and offering it with genuine curiosity about the ways that I can help.
If this resonates as something you’d be interested in taking me up on, reply here or feel free to reach out privately.
And if not, maybe this is simply a reminder that you’re not required to carry the noise alone 💛.

This is such a great idea. How do you plan on having these 1:1 conversations and what would they look like, what topics will be discussed? I'm genuinely curious because I might "steal" your idea if you allow me to. :)
